Who is this 28-Day Challenge For?
This Challenge is specifically meant for those who are looking for a way to ease into exercise, either for the first time or after a long break. In other words, if you’re already really fit or looking for intermediate to advanced workouts, you probably won’t benefit as much from this.

Who are you?
My name is Corrie Alexander, an exercise enthusiast and owner of The Fit Careerist. I lost 20+ lbs in 2017 and I’m happy to report that I’ve kept it off ever since. Those first 10 pounds were lost largely by counting steps and integrating shorter, simpler workouts into my weekly routine.
