Here are some common questions about Figure Out Your Fitness
I don't believe in super restrictive diets and I believe every meal plan should be unique to the individual's goals and preferences. So although I don't offer any meal plans per se, I give you a simple way to start customizing your existing diet gradually using the Calorie Bomb Diffuser, planning meals with the Meal Planner, and tracking your meals with the Daily Log.
It shouldn't take you too long to get through the lessons, maybe an hour or so. Most of the lessons are quite short except for the lessons in the first module surrounding mindset. (That's because I belief mindset is the most important aspect to get right!)
Of course! You can use these printables for personal use any way you see fit. But your success is important to me, that's why I wanted to go the extra mile by providing you some lessons on how to make the most of them, if you need help with that.
Also some of the printables might not make as much sense without the lessons that give them context (like the Calorie Bomb Diffuser.)
